Our BBQ Pepperjack Snack Sticks have pepperjack cheese pieces and Cimarron Docs BBQ seasoning! This creates a nice smokey flavor with notes of heat from the cheese. 

Ingredients: Beef, pork, pasteurized process hot pepper cheese [cultured milk, water, cream, skim milk, sodium phosphates, whey, green and red jalapeno peppers, salt, casein, sorbic acid (preservative), natural flavor, enzymes, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), natamycin (preservative).], water, salt, sugar, dextrose, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), dehydrated garlic, onion, bell pepper, monosodium glutamate, spice and spice extractives, paprika, extractives of paprika, natural smoke flavor, black pepper, sodium nitrite, lactic acid starter culture. Stuffed in collagen casings.
