Our Chicken Cordon Bleu Brat Patties are the same recipe as our bratwurst without the casing! These are sold frozen, and we recommend not fully thawing these before cooking, but rather just until you can pull them apart and then throw them on the grill. This will make the cooking process easier. This popular brat patty has our award-winning ham and cheese in every bite!
