Chicken Fajita Bratwurst Patties

Our Chicken Fajita Bratwurst Patties are the same recipe as our bratwurst without the casing! We recommend not fully thawing these before cooking, but rather just until you can pull them apart and then throw them on the grill. This will make the cooking process easier. This popular bratwurst patty has a great combination of seasonings, peppers, and cheeses!

Ingredients: Chicken thigh meat, pasteurized processed Swiss cheese (Swiss cheese [cultured milk, salt, enzymes], water, cream, sodium phosphate, salt, sorbic acid, powdered cellulose [to prevent caking], natamycin [preservative]), pasteurized processed cheddar cheese (cheddar cheese [cultured milk, salt, enzymes], water, cream, sodium phosphates, salt and beta carotene {color}], powdered cellulose [to prevent caking], and natamycin [preservative]), salt, onion, green, red, and yellow peppers, water, monosodium glutamate, spices, onion and garlic powder, natural spice extractives.
