Our Pepper Bacon is a peppery twist on our award-winning Hickory Smoked Bacon! Coated with crushed peppercorn, it’s great for all of those who are looking for a little extra bite! It can be used on BLTs, burgers, breakfast sandwiches, or enjoyed by itself. 

This product comes vacuum sealed in approximately 1 pound packages.

Cured with: Water, salt, brown sugar, maple syrup solids, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. Coated with cracked pepper.
