Our Smoked Jalapeno and Pepperjack Brats are fully cooked and ready to eat! They have a great balance of spice from the jalapeno and smokey flavor from our smoke house. 

Ingredients: Pork, beef, pasteurized processed pepperjack cheese [cultured milk, water, cream, skim milk, sodium phosphates, whey, green and red jalapeno peppers, salt, casein, sorbic acid (preservative), natural flavor, enzymes, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), natamycin (preservative)], water, salt, corn syrup solids, spices, dehydrated jalapenos, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), monosodium glutamate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. Stuffed in a collagen casing.
