Ingredients:
- Beef Drippings, stock, gravy mix, or boullion
- Corn Starch
- Water
- Chopped Chives (If Desired)
Instructions:
- Mix Gravy mix or bouillon if using
- Put desired base in a pot and turn stove to medium/medium high.
- Bring to a boil and boil until desired flavor is achieved
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water to make a slurry. mix even volumes of water and cornstarch. start with 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp of water.
- While the base is still boiling, add the slurry, stir, and reduce heat slightly. The sauce should begin to thicken.
- Serve over Steaks, roasts, and Potatoes
