Ingredients
- 6-12 lb Prime Rib Roast
- Bold and Beefy Rub
- Foil Roasting Pan
- Water
Instructions
- Preheat Grill, Oven, or Smoker to 325 degrees
- Coat roast with seasoning and put in foil pan.
- Add roughly a quarter to a half inch of water to the pan
- Place in Grill, Oven, or Smoker and cook for roughly 12-15 minutes per pound before checking temperature.
- Remove roast and rest when internal temperature reaches 135 for medium rare, 150 for medium well.
- If desired, use drippings in pan to make Au Jus
