Andouille Sausage

Our Andouille sausage has a great flavor with some heat! This sausage is a great addition to any soup, Jambalaya, or casserole. You can also enjoy it by itself!  Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, spices (including mustard seed and red pepper), dehydrated onion, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), corn syrup solids, sugar, garlic powder, parsley, granulated garlic, onion powder, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. Stuffed in a collagen casing.
