Our Mushroom and Swiss Burger is a classic crowd pleaser! Why buy the components separately when you could have them combined into your burger? It makes having this classic easier to make and easier to eat!  Ingredients: Beef, mushrooms (mushrooms, water, salt, citric acid, ascorbic acid), pasteurized processed Swiss cheese ([Swiss cheese {cultured milk, salt, enzymes}, water, cream, sodium phosphate, salt, sorbic acid], powdered cellulose, natamycin).
