The Block Burger

Our signature burger has a mixture of our award-winning bacon, pepperjack cheese, and ranch. It's a great twist on a bacon cheeseburger!  Ingredients: Beef, bacon (cured with water, salt, brown sugar, pure maple sugar, smoked sugar [water, hardwood smoked sugar], sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), pepper cheese (pasteurized processed hot pepper cheese [cultured milk, water, skim milk, whey, jalapeno peppers, red bell peppers, cream, sodium phosphates, salt, sorbic acid {a preservative}, natural flavor, enzymes, powdered cellulose {to prevent caking}, natamycin {preservative}]), ranch dressing (soybean oil, water, egg yolks, buttermilk, distilled vinegar, contains less than 2% of sugar, salt, lactic acid, garlic*, onion*, spices [includes mustard], monosodium glutamate, parsley*, propylene glycol, alginate, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate [as preservatives], lemon juice concentrate, xanthan gum, polysorbate 60, calcium disodium EDTA to protect flavor. *Dehydrated).
