Our Venison and Pork Jalapeno and Cheese Snack Sticks are made with a pork and venison blend. It has a nice heat from the jalapenos and cheddar cheese in every bite! It makes a great snack for on-the-go and when you're out fishing, camping, or hunting! Ingredients: Venison, pork, pasteurized processed cheddar cheese ([cheddar cheese {cultured milk, salt, enzymes}, water, cream, sodium phosphates, salt and beta carotene {color}], powdered cellulose [to prevent caking], and natamycin [preservative]), water, salt, spices including mustard seed, dextrose, sugar, dehydrated jalapeno peppers, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), granulated garlic, monosodium glutamate, sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite.
