This summer sausage has a great seasoning blend like that of our traditional summer sausage, but it is made with all beef! This is a great option for your next cheese and sausage tray or to snack on during your next camping trip! 

Ingredients: Beef, water, salt, dextrose, spices, monosodium glutamate, sugar, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), maple sugar (100% maple syrup), sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite.
