All orders are processed according to your specifications. All processing is done by appointment only, so call in advance for available times and pricing!
The Meat Block is a Federal Inspected meat processing plant.
We adhere to strict guidelines for sanitation procedures and our plant is HACCP Certified.
We also offer custom curing and smoking of sausage, hams and bacons. Please contact us for more information.
