Ingredients: Beef, pork, water, salt, spices including mustard seed, dextrose, sugar, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), granulated garlic, monosodium glutamate, sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite.
