Ingredients: Beef, pork, water, salt, spices, mustard seed, dextrose, sugar, garlic powder, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), monosodium glutamate, sodium erythorbate, natural spice extractives, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite.
