Our award-winning old world garlic summer sausage is a popular choice! It is in our smokehouse for a longer time to develop a deep, smokey flavor with notes of garlic. This is a great choice to put on your next cheese and sausage tray or to have it as a snack when fishing or hunting! 

Ingredients: Beef, pork, water, salt, dextrose, smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), monosodium glutamate, sugar, mustard seed, spices, granulated garlic, extractives of turmeric, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite.
