Our Signature Sausage Haus Pizza is made on a 12-inch thin-crust with freshly-shredded mozzarella cheese. It is then topped with our house Italian sausage, hickory smoked bacon, Canadian bacon, and sliced pepperoni! We make this classic pizza with our sweet & mild pizza sauce. 

Baking Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake directly on center oven rack or preheated pizza screen. From frozen, bake 16-19 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Sausage should reach an internal temperature of 160°F for food safety. Appliances and oven temperatures vary.

Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese: Pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes. Crust: Flour (wheat flour, malted barley lfour), water, soybean oil, yeast, salt, dextrose, calcium propionate, soy lecithin, leavening (sodium metabisulfite). Ham: Cured with water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, pure maple sugar, natural spice extractives.
