Our summer sausage is a great choice for any occasion! It has a great seasoning blend with notes of smokey flavor. This is a great choice to add to your cheese & sausage tray for your next party or to bring with you on your next camping trip!

Ingredients: Beef, pork, water, salt, dextrose, spices (including ground mustard seed), smoked sugar (water, hardwood smoked sugar), monosodium glutamate, sugar, maple sugar (100% maple syrup), sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite.
