Ham Heating Instructions

  • Place ham on a raised rack in a pan.
  • Add ½ inch of liquid (water, white soda, apple juice or cider, or sweet cooking wine) to the bottom of the pan.
  • Place covered in oven at 325 degrees for approximately 7-8 minutes per pound.
  • Internal temperature of the ham should be around 130 degrees for serving.
