Whole Beef Tenderloin Instructions

  • Season your roast with your favorite spice blend.
  • Place on a greased cookie sheet, a baking dish, or a foil pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
  • Turn oven off and leave your roast in the oven for an additional 20 minutes (do not open the oven door).
  • Roast should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees (will continue to cook after removed from oven – usually about 5 degrees).
  • Remove from oven, let it rest, and then slice to desired thickness.
